Course Outline

For those looking for practical experience in customer care, linked to the World of work, this is the course for you!

Learners will develop: a knowledge and understanding of how business works; basic business concepts; customer care skills; and ICT skills which are relevant to a business enterprise.

This is practical in nature and young people will enjoy working in our school shop and preparing for our annual market.

Young people will work towards the following units:

Business in Practice: Taking Part in a Business Enterprise
Business in Practice: Customer Care
Business in Practice: Using ICT in Business
