Course Outline

Over the Unit young people will be able to develop robust creative drawing, design, and animation/audio skills. By so doing you will be able to take the first steps toward an exciting career in the creative sector.

• This involves 3 Units: Audio, Moving Images & Still Images.
• Each Unit has progression routes at the FE level.
• The course is delivered mainly through practical projects in the classroom, using available software and industry standard techniques.
• Content is typically well received with students happy to engage with the creative process.

Over the course of the year, you will be targeting a National Progression Award (NPA) in Digital Media at SCQF level 4.
