PARENT INFORMATION MEETING - POSTPONED
Dear Parent / Carer
Apologies that I have had to postpone the planned Parent Information Meeting scheduled for this evening. Issues with pupil access to Glow meant that not all families would have been able to attend. I hope to reschedule this event as soon as the ICT issues have been resolved.
I also know many of you will share my concerns about the possible disruption COP 26 may cause to school transport; school will be open as usual throughout the conference period, but I do anticipate that both staff and pupil journeys to school may be significantly delayed.
As such and to allow us plan the best possible support for our young people, please could you complete the short questionnaire about transport by clicking on the link below. This will allow staff here at school to develop contingencies plans or to support any young people unable to attend during the conference period because of possible transport issues.
Many thanks for your support

Arnold Clark Installs CCTV in Cardinal Winning
Thanks to Arnold Clark for purchasing and installing CCTV Security Cameras in our school. This very reputable car dealership who have several showrooms in the locality of our school heard about our recent break-ins and read the articles in the Evening Times. Deciding to take action the contacted Mr McDonald and agreed to pay for and install several security cameras around the school which operate day and night. The cameras were installed in January but already have been used to identify intruders trying to force entry which has led to an arrest.
Mr McDonald says staff and pupils feel grateful to Arnold Clark Corporate Services for taking such a personal interest in our school and making us feel safer and more secure. The cameras will record all intruders within our school campus and help us work with Community Policing to apprehend people who wish to steal from our children or destroy their work.
